Social Sharing Api

I'm in need to develop an api based service that would let me post content on the most prominent social media platforms on behalf of my users. In other words once the users have signed up on my platform they should be able to "connect" their social account to their account in our platform and post content: text, videos, images, reels (ig), carousels (fb,ig) and so on... directly from the platform itself. Other than it must allow us to collect all the basic metrics, differentiated by platform, of each post, number of sharings, likes, views and so on.
