Social Media Site for Travel

I'd like to build a travel social media website - essentially a mash-up of LinkedIn and Instagram, but focused solely on travel experiences. Attached is a pdf that outlines the core site functionality (e.g., building a profile, connecting with other users, posting pictures, etc.). I have a designer who will provide you all the finished page designs in Figma before you begin work, so you should not need to spend time on design.
