Soap API - woocommerce. Update price and Stock. Insert not exists -- 2

I need a soap API for woocommerce. There is able to update Stock and price in my WooCommerce webshop.
Also to put new products which the provider has listed.
hello, we are back - now the status is all gets imported
missing, a plugin for google merchant creates the xml file but we cant trigger it by cronjob - YITH Google Product Feed for WooCommerce
and also missing when order paid create order on provider API (we have for now 4 provider, each one has one API, but they only differs in fields, so it can be done by a mapping function with parameter / value placeholder)
If we will receive good offer, there will be more work in short time.
We need this ASAP.
