Soap API integration

I have Digital marketing website and there is a section where we will be reselling Domains and other related services, this means that potential customers would be searching for domains, will be registering domains, will be renewing domains, and transferring domains. We have found a wholesaler that is supplying us the API and documentation, and this needs to be set up to retrieve information through the API for the following items: Products, packages, customers, account information and orders (See attached images). The wholesaler's API is a SOAP API, and documentation exists with instructions on how to set it up, as this is a bit more complicated for myself, I need someone to set it up. I was giving a test demo account of a reseller console which you will be giving when you bid, which contains ALL instructions for setting up. Remember you are NOT creating the API, you are simply integrating it into my website. All pre-coded php and java requests are supplied.

Work to be done:

1) Soap API integration
2) Data received must be displayed on the website matching websites design
3) Make sure that WooCommerce is integrated to the API (i.e., customer buys a domain or service, we need to send invoice to new customer)
4) Existing packages must be modified to match the layout and design of the present website
5) Make sure payment gateways are set up properly and working

This application interacts with the Reseller System using SOAP 1.2 over HTTP. Reseller applications using this API can perform operations to achieve, for example, the following:

Creating Contacts and Registrants.
