Smiirl Counter with Etsy

I have a Smiirl counter that displays the current month's total sales for two Shopify stores. I wrote this code myself in php. I would like someone to add some functionality to my existing code to include the current month's sales for two Etsy stores, using the new Etsy API v3. The Smiirl counter should display the current month's total for all four stores combined, two on Shopify (already done) and two on Etsy.
