Looking for a skilled developer to create a simple yet effective web-based notification system to reduce return rates in Cash-on-Delivery (COD) e-commerce orders.
Core Features Required:
When an order is submitted to the delivery company (via API – each vendor has a unique API key), an SMS is sent to the customer confirming shipment.
Once the parcel reaches the customer’s city, another SMS is sent asking the customer to select a delivery date/time (via calendar or time slots).
The chosen delivery date is then sent to both the merchant and the delivery company.
Multi-user system: Each vendor can log in, manage orders, and input their own API key from their shipping provider.
Simple interface with basic settings per vendor.
Integration with local Algerian SMS providers .
Notes:
There’s no customer-facing website or app – everything is handled via SMS.
Preference will be given to developers familiar with delivery APIs and SMS platforms.
