Small fixes Android app

- Error message when registering new user. See video 4791
- Edit and filter on dares in admin portal
- Users’ info in admin portal, include column with users’ points, #shares, #received likes. Make this editable
- The app crashes when the user chooses the “send to” option after opening the app from a dynamic link. See video 4790 attached.
- Change camera angle, coloring of the map and provided details (e.g. places close by, street names when zooming in) so it is similar to Snapchat
- Fix user position indicator: in current app the user indicator appears, then content like boxes are loaded and then the user location indicator dissapears, needs fix. The user indicator should be changed back to G-maps standard (the blue dot) by standard and is changed when user changes via settings (this changing the user’s indicator is already in the app). All other users are orange dots
- In the app some screens have full orange header with white title. Change this to a white header, title in black color with an thick-ish orange line at bottom of that header and thin black line underneath separating rest of the screen.
