I do not care which platform is used but the admin/CMS must be very simple.

The website is for a small community with less than 600 population. It will feature pages for tourism, a local business directory for less than 10 businesses and pages for each business that include commerce capability.
Stripe multivendor checkout will be used
Accom booking system is NOT required
Food ordering system is NOT required
When users are logged in additional pages are accessible, including discussion forum, News with pdf postings and comments, classified advertisements with communication links.
Requires integration of free live weather app
Requires integration of free Comments app
4 levels of access
1. Admin can edit/delete or create all frontend information including products created by businesses and all users comments.
2. Businesses can create products for sale and buy from other businesses, access discussion forum, classifieds & News.
3. Registered Users can view exclusive content & create classified ads and comments on applicable pages and buy from any business
4. Visitors can view publicly available content and buy from any business
