Small changes in the PHP code that generate xml link

Today the plugin show the list for all user as one single list
I need links for different users.
1. in this code attached i need to create a xml for each users that imput data.
- basically need to show for user (xml) their on list
2. there is a field that i will show - i need to have a random information day by day...i can explain in the chat the concept.
Finaly this is a very small project that who know PHP can do this in live together with me i believe in 30 min to 1 hour.
that the reason i would live to hire and finish today who has time to do now.
