Small Web App for merchant logos

Guys,

looking for a small web app that does the following:
- Import a list of domains in csv or excel
- Uses the following api to https://rapidapi.com/zahraupwork/api/logo4/
- Saves the image with a specific file name (provided in the csv or excel)
- Saves the image in google drive folder or locally on pc whatever is easier.

If you decide a desktop application then it must work on mac or ios.
If you decide online then needs a username and password.

I am looking for a quick a dirty way.
