Small Team Task & File Manager

Project Description:
We are looking to develop a fully custom web-based system in Arabic for managing tasks and file submissions across multiple departments.
Important: No AI tools or pre-built templates are allowed. The system must be programmed 100% manually from scratch, with modular and clean code.

1. Multi-user system with role-based access (Admin, Department Head, Team Member).
2. Create main tasks, assign to departments.
3. Each main task includes subtasks; departments upload files (Word, Excel, PDF) per subtask.
4. Admins can evaluate submissions, add comments, and assign status with a completion percentage.
5. File version tracking per subtask.
6. Role-based dashboards:
• Task status
• Performance analytics
• Pending reviews and deadlines
7. Notifications for:
• New task assigned
• File uploaded
• Subtask evaluated / returned
8. Export reports (PDF/Excel) with KPIs:
• % tasks completed
• % delivered on time
• % with comments
• Response time on feedback

Technical Requirements:
• Language: Arabic (RTL layout) — We can assist with translation or UI text.
• Backend: Node.js (Express) or Laravel preferred
• Frontend: React / Vue / Blade with Tailwind CSS
• Database: MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• RBAC system editable from admin panel
• Secure file uploads, versioning, and detailed status control
• Notifications system via UI (no email required)
• Clean, fully documented, and modular codebase

• System must be designed fully from scratch
