Small Project: Making an Annotation Based Online Discussion Software Work in HTTPS

I am looking for a great programmer expert in the Symphony framework, SQL, and jquery for a small (a few hours or maximum 2-3 days) long project. I prefer to work with someone who has worked with annotations and/or online discussion forums in the past. I recently moved my older working program into a HTTPS setting and fixed many of the migration bugs. But, I need assistance with resolving 3 variations of the same SQL query bug. The software dynamically creates the SQL queries via functions. Please see the attached files for the SQL bugs.
