Business Modules
1. Quotation Module
a. Every Quotation submitted from Leading Capital Spectrum (LCS) shall be created with
unique no in ascending order. Revised quotation may have denoted as “R1”, “R2”
etc.
b. Each quotation shall be submitted with Admin/MD accord only. Approval alert,
reminder alert etc. to Admin/MD shall be arranged.
c. Every submitted quote can be revised with admin/MD approval only
d. Each submitted quotation shall be attached to specific email only
e. Provision for Cost calculation and 5% Vat calculation etc.
f. Automatic Item description pick as per the text input.
g. Provision for automatic rate pick for each item from preceding quotation history.
h. Auto text formatting (In Words) for the total cost in numbers.
i. Provision for Selection of Terms & Conditions from the Saved options.
2. Job Order Module
a. Internal Job Order and External Job Order.
b. Every Job Order generated shall have unique no. in ascending order.
c. Job Order may have provision to pick the respective Quotation if required.
d. Provision for reference of Quotation/ LPO
e. Provision to delegate respective Printer for the internal job, and job files.
f. Internal Job completion confirmation with used material (approx. quantity of used
media, Ink, Lamination including wastage)
g. External Job Order = Internal Job + Site installation work
Respective Marketing Executive will complete the External Job Order.
Delivery Note
a. Delivery Note shall be applied to every Job Orders
b. Delivery Order Description shall be able to pick the final job detail entered by the Job
Execution Supervisor
Note: Source code should be to handover to us, should not misuse the project concept and need to sign the NDA
