Small PHP Dashboard using PHP, Bootstrap, and MySQL for data

**Only bid if you have experience using PHP & Bootstrap.**
I have a small application and need 3 graphs and record counts display on a dashboard.
I will provide mysql database sample for the data. Only dashboard need to be built.

Sample data will be replace with the following record count:

- New Cases (records with status = "New")
- In-Progress Cases (records with status = "In-Progress")
- Overdue Cases (records not complete for more than 14 days)
- Completed records (records with status = "Complete"
- Pie or Donut Chart (record count by Status in last 30 days)
- Line Chart (in-progress record count by case type)
- Bar Chart (Daily new records)
