Skilled developer to update and modify a custom WordPress plugin

A few month ago a developper made me a custom plugin for a real estate website.

The principle was :
1. An xml file is uploaded
2. The plugin extracts data from the file and populates custom fields of the custom posts
3. The appartment listings are updated

What changed :
1. The xml file is now on a distant server
2. Some of the xml tags have changed
