Site plan for permit

I need a registered engineer to sign or stamp a site plan for a permit I need. There has not been anything done to outside structure of building and will not be. I simply need site plan for zoning purposes since I and requesting to change use of property. I simply need stamp and date from licensed/registered engineer or architect per county. See attached site plan I paid for from online company and see attached survey
