Site is not working on certain computers

Our site is working on certains computers, but not others.
So I believe its a version/compatibility issue...
Our site is working on PHP7 and PostgreSQL 9.4 and maybe some stuffs arent working well with some browsers ?
See images attached : bug (we can't login), and functionning images : when its working on different computers).
Anyway, you can't work on the live environment, so I will provide you with the site and database, and you need to install it on your server.
