Single-Vendor Flutter eCommerce Suite -- 2

I want to launch an end-to-end, single-vendor eCommerce experience that covers the web, Android, and iOS. On the web I prefer React for its flexibility, while both mobile apps can be delivered from one Flutter code-base for speed and consistency. Because I’m the only seller, the catalogue, cart, and checkout flows can stay lean, but I still need a polished, simple, minimalistic interface that feels effortless to browse.

Core shopping experience
• Clean product grid with an intuitive search bar so customers find items quickly
• Item pages that show user reviews and star ratings for social proof
• “Add to wishlist” on every product to encourage return visits

Checkout & payments
• Secure credit/debit card processing via a mainstream gateway
• UPI support for local convenience
• Cash-on-delivery toggle at checkout (no PayPal or bank transfer required)

Technology expectations
• React (web) and Flutter (Android / iOS) with a single shared API layer
• Responsive design principles carried over from desktop down to small-screen phones
• Commented, production-ready code pushed to a private Git repo at each milestone
• Assistance with App Store & Play Store submission plus basic web hosting hand-off

Deliverables
1. React-based responsive website packaged for deployment
2. Flutter source with platform-specific builds (APK, AAB, and iOS IPA)
3. Admin panel or simple dashboard for product, order, and review management
4. Documentation covering environment setup, build steps, and payment gateway keys
5. Complete Source code for website, iOS and Android app and app APIs
