Overview
The project aims to design and develop a comprehensive beauty pageant platform that offers paid membership and loyalty programs, online merchandise and beauty e-commerce capabilities, and registration for new contestants to enter into new beauty pageants. The platform will also feature a community forum (post) for members to share stories and comments, alumni (past winners) search functions for past pageant winners, personalized feature pages for each member.
The ideal solution is to leverage on open source and subscription platforms for membership and online ecommerce + customised website development for unique features.
Scope of Work:
1. Paid user Membership Annual (auto renewal)
2. Paid Supplier membership
3. Loyalty - Membership Seniority (level)
4. Contestants’ application on new pageants (and payment), need to sign up as new members too
5. Event Promotion and Registration (1/4 of main page flashing events)
6. Ecommerce Featured merchandise and services (advertising) + credit card promos (QR quote or redirect to the bank)
7. Ecommerce online sale of merchandise.
8. Members personalized page (limit to only 1 page per member, can link to their social media)
9. Alumni search (past winners)
10. Charity and Donation (one page link to 3rd parties’ charity organisations)
11. Community Forum (posts) for sharing, discussion (phase 2)
12. Managed by senior members as moderators
13. Supplier Performance Benchmarking (rating by customers)
14. Featured merchandise and services (advertising, chargeable)
15. Online Purchase of events/ performance/ shows and Issuance of Tickets
16. Messaging functionality (public and private)
17. Voting features for favourite contestants, voting fee apply. Link to 3rd party voting and payment system.
