Simplify Commerce Donation Web Payment Form
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a professional web developer with experience in creating payment forms for a wordpress site using the Simplify Commerce hosted payments.
The form only needs to collect Company Name, Amount, and Reference. When they hit submit, it should open the Simplify Hosted Payment page as a modal with their name, reference and amount pre-populated. And they will enter all their credit card details on that page.

My customers can then settle their accounts by going to the webpage, entering their name, how much they want to pay.
Also need whatever captcha or security might be required
