Simple web to search for a name and show info from mysql

Hello there, we need a simple web that search and reads from mysql database.
Interface should be super simple. Just a centered logo. And a search bar.
When you search some name, it should autocomplete while typing (check PDF for more)
In that search, it has to find names inside a MySQL database named “people”. The table name is ”names” and the column name is “full_name” (varchar type).
Take into account that it has to search the start of each word inside that column.
then it will show 3 boxes with very simple results.
