Simple upload xls files and reporting on a web application.

Hello, we need a web application development in order to import 6 xls files with all the data and then reporting this information ( a lot of columns).
Please only apply if you have proven experience importing xls files in a web system and then reporting this data.
my client has a system to upload excel documents with a lot of information, and then you can report the information.
The problem its the information is not consistent, and the developer dont answer.
So they want a system from zero, with the same features.
1.-Charge information.
2.-Report the information
you must consider the excel has a lot of registers, so maybe the best way must be uplead csv files because i know the xls libreries sometimes crash with a lot of rows.
which xls files we have?
1.-The CPM file is raw material purchases and is loaded on the purchase screen.
2.-VENTAS file is loaded on the sales screen.
3.-The 220204_BOM (bill of materials) file is loaded on the BOM screen
4.-INVENTARIO_MATERIA_PRIMA_2018 file is loaded on the Raw Material Inventory screen. (inv. Mp)
5.-INVENTARIO_PRODUCTO_TERMINADO_2018 file is uploaded to the Finished Goods Inventory screen ( inv.pt )
6.-MATERIA PRIMA FILE is Uploaded on the raw material screen.
