Simple task management application for property management

We are a small property management company UK. We are looking for a (probably very) simple task management facility. Probably using one of the many platforms out there already such as Monday.com which we quite like the look of. But the options are bewilderingly complicated and whilst we may well expand the project over time, to start off we need something very simple.
Typical process will be:
* property maintenance job is received (usually phone or email although a future expansion would be to allow online submission)
* Maintenance Job is created by us and includes details such as location, urgency, target completion, description etc. Possibility to include photos of the issue.
* Details of job linked to list of properties (by which we mean physical buildings) with details such as address, What3Words link, access information, images, occupation status (no personal information of occupant)
* Jobs are linked to a series of people: handyman, plumber, manager etc, each with their contact information included
* Output to be in various forms: list, calendar, location, kanban etc. Filtered by urgency, property, person responsible, etc
Access via web page, app and preferably ability to link to outlook/google calendars. Email is preferred notification route.
Open to suggestions as to how we drive it forward but would ideally like to start on a free-to-use platform and pay a freelancer to put it together for us. Quite tech-savvy so you shouldn't have to spend too long explaining the choice of platform and processes. Happy to use someone else's template adapted for us.
