Simple subtitle scrape of all videos from a youtube channel

Hello,
I need someone to scrape the subtitles from all of the videos of a single Youtube channel on Youtube. There are 3700 videos on the channel. I need the timestamps included in each document. I need the title of each video scraped to be the name of each document. I need the URL of each video to be in at the top text of each document, and for each video the subtitles should be in a seperate document. They should be presented like this: SEE ATTACHED FILE EXAMPLE.
