Simple script to check Youtube video status, views, likes, dislikes & comments

I need a simple script where I can add my own youtube videos URL, and that checks every x hours the number of views, likes, dislikes and comments so I can see all the stats from one site.

And most importantly I can see if a video has been shut down. In an organized way
