Simple member login to view their own record!

I need plugin/php code that does:
1. Read 2 Google spreadsheets in Google Drive.
2. Let each users (in spreadsheet records) to login to view his/her own records!
The code can be in php or it can be a plugin (the website use wordpress). The user can use Social Login or user/pass that PRE-DEFINED inside the spreadsheets!
Please only bid if you have experienced of writing custom codes! Knowing Google API is a must!
