I'm looking for an excel document to track and match property rental income and a data base. I need to have a breakdown of what the property is, the existing tenants name details etc, deposit location, property insurance expiry, payments due, if they are overdue tenancy agreements expiring ect... We have a mix of properties i.e a block of flats which has 5 individual flats inside, single properties and commercial properties. We currently use a website called landlord vision but its getting expensive as it charges per agreement. the excel would be better so i can have it cloud based too. As my business partner would need access too. so i need https://www.landlordvision.co.uk/ what is the management tool is doing needs to create alternative
I am in need of a simple desktop software or excel database for my property business. The software or database should have the following specific features:
- Property tracking
- Rent collection
- Expense management
-- all my properties listed with all the relevant documents i.e certificates, insurance details, meter reading, gallery
- mortgage breakdown linked to the relevant property.
- tennant details and what property they are linked too.
- cloud based
- link up bank account so i can match incoming transactions to the rents.
reports to show overdue rents, expiring insurances, expiring AST ect
I would prefer a cloud-based platform for the software or database, as it provides flexibility and accessibility from any device.
As for the user interface, I have a specific preference for a simple and minimalist design.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in software development or database management
- Experience in developing cloud-based applications
- Knowledge of property management or real estate industry
