Simple Website with API integration

Main work is of data entry of bills, polices, receipts etc. Website required for that.
Website requirement with API integration:
1) Payment page for user subscription required and user wise login id and passwords where each user can login on website and upload his files and see output results later on dashboard
Data uploading of files can be through whatsApp, mail id or direct uploading on website. Files will be in image or pdf
2) Once the data is received, our staff will remove unnecessary pages of files and upload it on head office AI website in that respective user account
3) The trained AI model at head office will process the file and generate output results in JSON format
4) Json format needs to be converted in excel and excel to be uploaded in our website user account so that user can view and download the excel
5) Excel shall also be viewable in some presentable format on website itself and also month wise data merging should be possible so that user can see consolidated data as well.
6) Dashboard shall show how many files and pages uploaded each month by user.
7) Website should have business mail ids.
