Simple Vendor and Procurement Management Web-based Platform

Hello, I am looking for a web-based platform to manage my vendors and procurement processes. I need a platform that has Vendor database management, Purchase order creation and tracking, General reporting, etc.. Additionally, I would like it to include Advanced Role-based access control with granular permissions, so I can control who on my team has access to specific tasks or data. Finally, I may integrate third-party software or API at some point in the future, so I'd like to make sure that the platform is designed with that capability in mind. Thanks for your help!
