2 Simple Tasks in DVWA - Damn Vulnerable Web Application

Hello I would need help with 2 simple tasks. My computer died and I have no other pc available so as to complete them.
1. Using the Damn Vulnerable Web Application (DVWA) environment, demonstrate the way to run sql injection attack and cross site scripting (XSS) and. Also I will need 2 countermeasures for each attack by analyzing their use and implementation. (Keep in mind that I will need screenshots from every step of the attacks).
2. Use the Metasploit environment so as to perform a brute-force attack (enumeration) on the DVWA login system. The module must
be in accordance with the structure and rules of the Framework. The end result will
must generate a list of brute force attack parameters. (I will need also screenshots from every step of the attack).
