Simple Task - Help me Put Chrome Extension on Chrome Store!!

I have a couple Chrome extensions on how to upload them onto the Chrome store.
A programmer already helped me fix it, I just need help tweaking it, set proper permission, and ensure I can upload it to chrome store.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Chrome extension development
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs
- Experience with repackaging and uploading to the Chrome store
