Simple Software - Connect API - Mail Merge to Google Docs/Google Drive

Hi Coders,
I require cloud based software made that allows me to do the following. This needs to work
on my server and I access through my own webpage.
Step 1: I search database using "Street" or "Postcode" (connected through API)
Step 2: Displays all Addresses with that "search term"
Step 3: Able to Mail Merge Addresses into Google Doc (for me to print) (EG, print envelope or letter with address in each doc)
Note: I want to also be able to sort columns and export all as CSV as another option.
