I'm looking for a basic restaurant reservation app, similar to OpenTable or Tock, but much simpler.

Key features include:

For Customers (Visitors):
- Browse restaurants by name, photo, cuisine, and location.
- Book tables via a straightforward form:
- Name
- Phone number
- Date
- Time
- Party size
- Notes (optional)
- Upon submission, restaurants are notified.

For Restaurants (Vendors):
- Signup/login via email.
- Complete profile with:
- Name
- Hours
- Location
- Photo
- Phone
- Website
- View and manage bookings in a simple list or calendar.
- Accept/reject bookings (optional).
- Edit hours and set unavailable days.

Payments:
- Restaurants are charged $20/month.
- Use Stripe or PayPal for subscriptions.
- Provide a 14-day free trial for new restaurants.

App should be accessible on iOS, Android, and web browsers.
