Simple PHP Ajax Code

I am looking for someone who can help me with adding ajax to the PHP application that I created
the application uses API to get data and show the results on the screen
there is a search bar, a filters sidebar
I want to make those filters and searchbar to update the results without reloading the page again

also the application sends the data retrieved from first API to second API and based on this second apis response it shows some badges in the results in front of title

I want to first load all the results and then check for the badges and then add the badges to the results using ajax
