Simple Modern E-commerce Website Development

I'm looking for a professional web developer to create a simple and modern e-commerce site for selling electronics. The design should be similar to Jumia.com, albeit on a smaller scale.

Key requirements:
- Platform: Ideally WordPress + WooCommerce, but I'm open to recommendations for other systems.
- Features:
- Product pages with price and category filters.
- Online payment integration (Vodafone Cash + credit cards).
- An admin panel for product addition and order management.
- Additional Features:
- Customer reviews section.
- Live chat support feature.
- Customer Account Features:
- Order history.
- Saved payment methods.

In terms of timeline, I would like the project to be completed within 3 weeks. My budget for this project is around 5,000 EGP.

Although I currently don't have a logo or brand colors, I plan to work on them later.

Ideal skills for the job include:
