Simple Market Place - Main Page redirecting to specific product site wiil be products Wihite paper and Product Login

Its going to be a maerket place similar to an e-commerc but no pricing is shown, only redir to the products specific page, sm spa whith the products details and white paper also havin the login to the product platform itself.
May have simple data to colletct and business rules to follow befora releasind access to product platform.
All products platforms are already im place and joinned on this market place.
Full design, layouts, business rules, CX an UX will be provided so we are looking for developpers who uses to make it happen.
It will have the allways present basic steps like custome Sign-in, data colect, documents picture colect, selfie colect, phone number collect and validation via text or email or whatsapp, then the backoffice analyxes and moves forward or not. THe workflow will have 6 steps whith different actors.
Additional tables and its CRUD: Partners Companies, Partners People, Salespersons, Compliance, approval manager, approval director and others aside the basic ones as users, admins, backofficers, etc.
We appreciare Laravel or another robust and easy-to-use PHP framework.
We need fullstacker people or a backend whit good frontend practice.
Rest/JSON API will be very very verey used in a full cloud environment, so experience is required.
Once our schedule is a challenge Ninjas are required to enroll themselves. Speed is necesary and will a must in tnis process.
