Simple Laravel Integration with Wordpress updates

I'm looking for assistance with changes to Laravel outputs that get generated on my Wordpress site.
Currently, our "Add to Cart" feature on Wordpress calls a Laravel function that generates a list of available options in descending order. We want this order to be ascending order.
All while making sure that the functionality, mobile responsiveness doesn't break.
