Simple - LARAVEL(mandatory) and VUE (mandatory) website

We want to develop a simple website with VUE (mandatory) and LARAVEL (mandatory).
It will be a simple website with:
- Home (fullscreen banner);
- About us;
- Portfolio (we don't need categories. It will be mixed);
- Work with us (contact form in a simple page);
- Image gallery (we don't need categories);
- Contacts (google maps and contact form sent directly to e-mail);
- Backoffice (it should be able to edit everything on it).

We already have the photoshop layout for every pages.
