Simple API Integration
This is for buyer reserving lot for a home builder. I am working on the website developed on word press. The website will have available lots for sale. You need to develop the functionality where by the buyer will be able to reserve the lots.
We need simple and Clean API integration.
Steps:
1. Click on Reserve Now ( Save few variables like the Lot Price, Lot Address, Neighborhood etc)
2. 2FA – User enters the name and phone number. SMS Code verification (Save Name and Phone number into google sheets, smart sheets etc)
3. Call API – The API will have following functionality: API from Platoforms
• Enter their Personal Information – Step 1
• Present the PDF form filled with the Personal details
• User reviews and Signs it
• forwarded to Stripe /ACHQ etc for deposit payment
4. Either before or after Deposit Payment, retrieve the completed document and save it into the online folders like Box.com etc., send a copy to the users(this might be done by platoforms).
5. Save user contact details, purchased lot details etc into google sheets or similar.
6. Verify if the API has this functionality – if the user did not complete the process, either with signature or deposit payment, we need the functionality to send a reminder(s) to the user with a link to complete the process. Preferably, the esignature service provider has this functionality, if not we need to replace platoforms with another one that has all the functionality.
Note sure if the following functionality is possible, if possible- include into the proposal.
7. Once Deposit payment is complete, convert the status of the lot listing to Reserved in Word Press.
