I am looking for a freelancer to create a simple Google Sheet notification system that will send both email and SMS notifications to a team in real-time.
Specific Requirements:
- The system should be able to send both email and SMS notifications.
- The notifications should be sent to a team.
- The notifications should be received in real-time.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
- Proficiency in integrating email and SMS notification systems.
- Strong understanding of real-time data updates and notifications.
Step 1) To check Roadtax and MOT check this site and input Car Reg Number https://www.gov.uk/check-vehicle-tax
Step 2) Always select YES after inputting Reg
Step 3) Check every day at 7:30am gmt+0 if the date is expiring soon (in the next 5 days or already expired) - if YES send notification.
Step 4) Notification send via whatsapp group or SMS and multiple emails.
Excel formatting and input
Automatically retrieve the roadtax expire data and MOT expire date in realtime when inputting the car registration.
Green field if in date, red if expiring in the next 5 days
