Shopify product detail page customizationn

Need to have a new button in shopify product detail page, which will only displayed based on a new attribute which control whether to display this button or not. when clicking on the button, it should open a popup passing the sku tothe popup. The pop up will also have a add to cart button along with other features, when clicking on it it should fire the parent window add to cart button
