Shopify partner Required for Custom Local Bank Gateway Implementation

I'm looking for a Shopify partner who can help implement a custom payment gateway on my Shopify store. This will primarily be a local bank gateway, but I'm still exploring options and may consider multiple banks.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Shopify platform
- Proven experience with custom payment gateway integration
- Ability to provide advice on suitable local banks for the gateway
- Understanding of essential features such as detecting fraudulent transactions, supporting multi-currency payments, and enabling recurring payments
Please note that the primary focus will be on implementing a secure and efficient payment system that caters to local customers. Skills in fraud detection systems and multi-currency support will be advantageous, but not essential at this stage.
