Shopify "dual" customer registration form with file upload

Create Account page:

Toggle between option 1 or 2

Option 1:
-Choose Consumer Registration
-Consumer registration forms pop up
-Fill it out, click submit.
-customer is taged as "consumer"
-must add user to shopify customer database


Option 2:
-Choose business registration
-Business registration form pop up
-fill it out, hit submit
-business user is tagged with "PRO NEW" tag
-admin receives an email of the registration
-must add business user to shopify customer database and add the uploaded files to profile timeline as comment
