Shopify - Zapier Intergration

My auto parts website has reached a point where I need to test order processing. Currently, when a customer places an order on my store, we manually place an order with one of our vendors, enter the customer's shipping information, and wait for the tracking information, which is provided the following day. We then log back into our vendor's site, retrieve the tracking information, and attach it to the customer's order.
To streamline this process, I am seeking a Zapier app that can fully automate these steps. However, as we work with different vendors that have different order processing forms, we need the app to be customizable based on the TAG meta fields we enter during product upload.
Once the app is set up for our main vendor, I may be able to edit it to work with other vendors as well. However, I need an app for one vendor as soon as possible.
