Following are the key requirements:
1) Elegant website design
2) My products are rental based, so there need to be options to select rental duration etc, Also there should be a ability to generate a return pick up order once the rental period is over
3) Subscription plans (eg. Plan A will enable renting of products worth 2000 per month, Plan B will enable renting of products worth 1500 per month etc)
4) Customer login through social media login (facebook, google etc)
5) Payment options (Visa, mastercard, diners, wallets etc)
6) Capability to add product reviews
7) Integration with delivery partners (like delhivery, pickrr etc)
8) Chatbot support - automated support for account/login/order/shipping related queries. Request comes to messaging/whatsapp if the automated support fails
