Shopify Server Specialist Required to Resolve Webhook Timeout Issues

Hello Freelancers,
We're urgently seeking a Shopify Server Specialist to help us resolve a crucial issue for our Shopify APP: our server is experiencing timeout responses when Shopify sends payloads via their webhooks. Currently, around 20% of these webhook calls are failing due to this problem. The responses times out after 1 second, even though Shopify's limit is 5 seconds.
Key Task:
Diagnose and fix the issue causing timeout responses when Shopify sends payloads to our server via webhooks.
The project will be considered complete when we no longer receive timeout responses from Shopify's webhook calls.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Server Specialist, particularly with the Shopify platform.
Expertise in server-side languages and development frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
