Shopify Inventory System

I need an interface to the Shopify API as I guess a custom APP that will pull all orders and store either in database or in flate JSON files that I can process myself. This program needs to regularly poll for new orders and be able to differentiate between fulfilled and not fulfilled, cancelled etc...
