Shopify Expert Needed for Advanced E-commerce Setup (Multi-Currency, POS, Reporting, UI/UX)

We are looking for an experienced Shopify expert for a long-term collaboration to upgrade and optimize our e-commerce website and POS system. The goal is to create a fast, scalable, and premium shopping experience with strong backend reporting and automation.

Scope of Work
1. Financial Reporting & Accounting

We require a clear and professional reporting system:

Daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Easy access for the accountant

Reports showing values in IQD and USD

Clear financial summaries and breakdowns

2. Multi-Currency & Pricing Logic

Automatic location detection:

Inside Iraq → IQD

Outside Iraq → USD

POS must fully support IQD transactions

Reports must display balances in both currencies

IQD pricing should be rounded (e.g., 646,546 → 645,000)

3. Payment & Checkout Setup

Inside Iraq → Local payments (MasterCard in IQD)

Outside Iraq → Payments via US bank account

Smooth, fully automated checkout experience

4. Shipping Rules Automation

Orders above $500 → Free worldwide shipping

Orders below $500 → $100 shipping fee

Rules must apply automatically at checkout

5. Product Display & UI/UX Improvements

Show all available sizes without opening product pages

Automatically hide out-of-stock sizes

Improve product card design

Fix missing images and loading issues

Upgrade overall UI/UX to match a premium fashion brand

6. Advanced Filtering System (Website & POS)

Filter by: Size, Color, Price range

Fix existing broken filters

Ensure smooth and accurate filtering experience

7. POS System Enhancements

Allow flexible/manual pricing (e.g., $500 → $490)

Improve usability for sales staff

Sync inventory with size availability

8. WhatsApp Integration & Automation

Automatic message after purchase including:

Invoice

Product details

Ability to send:

Promotions

Follow-ups

Scheduled campaigns

9. Order Tracking System

Clean, user-friendly order tracking interface

Customers should easily track their orders

10. Staff Roles & Permissions

Role-based access:

Accountant → Reports only

Manager → Full access

Sales staff → Sales + inventory

Marketing → Notifications only (no financial data)

11. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Integration

Full integration with Shopify for marketing and tracking

12. Design Enhancements

Improve overall website design

Fix minor UI/UX issues

Maintain a strong premium brand identity

Additional Notes

Additional improvements will be discussed during the project

We prefer scalable, long-term solutions (no temporary fixes)

Requirements

Proven experience with Shopify (Liquid, APIs, apps)

Strong UI/UX sense (preferably in fashion e-commerce)

Experience with multi-currency setups and POS systems

Experience with automation tools (WhatsApp, reporting, integrations)
