Shopify API Integration with Aftership - Invoice Customization

I'm seeking a skilled programmer to integrate Aftership's shipping API into my Shopify store, specifically Store A. This will include adding the invoice number, shipping fees, and taxes to the printed invoice.

We use Aftership Shipping in a Shopify store. Everything works well - labels and invoices are printed fine, except for the invoice number (we use the order number), shipping fees and taxes not being printed on the commercial invoice when we use their app interface.
I have contacted Aftership tech support and they tell me the only way to accomplish this is via API. They provided the code but it is beyond my ability to implement correctly. I didn't even try to.
