Shiprocket Custom API Integration

I'm looking for a custom API integration for Shiprocket Logistics into a woocommerce multivendor platform. The native integration provided by Shiprocket doesn't support our requirements. The API is for a multivendor portal. The shipping rate has to be calculated from the respective vendor location to the customer location. Also wanted to see the possibility if vendors can schedule the shipment by themselves through their panel.
